Hackside Down is a 2-day in-person school hackathon organized by Saraswati Global School in partnership with Falcon Sphere. Students from Classes VI to XII build projects across three tracks: EdTech, Web Development, and Open Innovation. Think of it as the Upside Down for ideas: strange, creative, and limitless.
Any school student from Classes VI to XII. No minimum age requirement. Just bring your creativity and curiosity.
Not at all! Beginners are welcome. We'll have mentors and workshops to guide you. The Upside Down doesn't judge; it creates.
Both! You can register individually or form a team of up to 4 members. If you register solo, we'll help find a team that matches your interests.
Bring your own laptop, charger, headphones, and any tech you need. We'll take care of the rest: food, snacks, Wi-Fi, and the creepy atmosphere.
No, entry is completely free. We believe every student should have a chance to step into the Upside Down.
Yes! Lunch, snacks, and refreshments will be provided on both days. Dietary preferences can be accommodated; just let us know when you register.
Judging criteria includes creativity, technical execution, thematic relevance, and presentation. Shortlisted teams present to the panel on Day 2. The Demogorgon does not judge; our mentors do.
